Buy-In Hours
Mon – Sat only · Closed for buy-ins Sunday
Prepare Your Items
Bring items freshly laundered, folded, and packed in a reusable bag or container. We cannot accept items in garbage bags, recycling bags, cardboard boxes, or suitcases. Your container is always returned to you.
Visit Us During Buy-In Hours
We accept buy-ins Monday through Saturday only — we do not take buy-ins on Sundays. Walk-ins are welcome from 10am to 4pm with no appointment needed. If you're coming between 4pm and 7pm, please call ahead to schedule your drop-off.
We Review Your Items
Each submission is carefully reviewed based on brand, condition, seasonality, and current demand. Selected pieces are priced to our curated resale standards and you receive an immediate cash offer.
Accept & Get Paid
We'll notify you to return to the counter and walk through selected items together. Accept or decline with no obligation. Payment is provided right away, and any remaining pieces are returned to you the same day.
