Bring items freshly laundered, folded, and packed in a reusable bag or container. We cannot accept items in garbage bags, recycling bags, cardboard boxes, or suitcases. Your container is always returned to you.
Visit Us — No Appointment Needed
Stop by during store hours, up to one hour before closing. A member of our buying team will welcome you and register your items. Valid photo ID is required and sellers must be 18 years of age or older.
We Review Your Items
Each submission is carefully reviewed based on brand, condition, seasonality, and current demand. Selected pieces are priced to our curated resale standards and you receive an immediate cash offer.
Accept & Get Paid
We'll notify you to return to the counter and walk through selected items together. Accept or decline with no obligation. Payment is provided right away, and any remaining pieces are returned to you the same day.
